Delete a permission set.

DELETE 
/v1/catalogs/:catalogId/models/:modelId/permission-sets/:permissionSetId

Removes the set and the access it granted. Deleting the last permission set on a model releases the restriction entirely, and the model becomes visible and queryable by every user again — a script that removes permission sets in a loop will unrestrict the model on its final iteration. This mirrors Design Center and the internal API; see ATSCALE-47548.
