Support Zip Settings

AtScale supports the following settings for configuring support .zip files.

supportZip.logs.includeOtherApps​

  • Default: true
  • Restart: No

If true, all other application logs in the base log directory will be included in the support zip, not just engine logs.

supportZip.enableLocalRequests​

  • Default: true
  • Restart: No

If true, enables unauthenticated support bundle requests from the localhost.

supportZip.aggregates.lookbackWindow​

  • Default: 7 days
  • Restart: No

Number of days of aggregate data to be stored in the support zip.
