Connect with Tableau

Note

Tableau does not have the PostgreSQL connector installed out of the box. To install the driver locally, follow the instructions in the Tableau documentation. For more information on AtScale's supported drivers, see AtScale Supported Tools and Platforms.

To connect to your deployed model with Tableau:

  1. In Design Center, in the left-side navigation, click Deployed Catalogs. The Deployed Catalogs panel opens.

  2. Click on your deployed catalog.

  3. Under Connection Settings, in the Downloads section, click the .tds button. The .tds file for your model downloads.

  4. Double-click the downloaded file.

  5. Enter your username and password, then click OK.
