The following issues have been resolved.

C2026.9.0​

XIRR was not supported on Amazon Redshift​

Note

XIRR is a Public Preview feature.

AtScale's XIRR UDF became inoperable after June 30, 2026 due to an AWS Redshift deprecation of Python language support for UDFs. AtScale has migrated to a Lambda UDF for C2026.9. If you require this XIRR Lambda UDF for an earlier version, reach out to AtScale Support.

Tableau: Relative date filters on weeks failed​

In Tableau, creating a relative date filter with a time unit of weeks failed with an error. This was because AtScale generated the outbound query with the wrong syntax for the data warehouse. This issue has been resolved.

The Workspace panel sometimes displayed duplicate entries for newly created objects. This issue has been resolved.

The query result cache was disabled for all OIDC-federated users. This issue has been resolved.

Data warehouse connection validation failed on Google BigQuery​

AtScale's data warehouse connection validation failed on Google BigQuery when BigQuery had an organization policy that restricted query jobs based on region. AtScale's connection validation query automatically ran in the US, so if BigQuery's organization policy excluded the US region, the job failed. This issue has been resolved.

Aggregate builds sometimes got stuck in the Building state​

Aggregate builds sometimes got stuck in the Building state for extended periods, with no active queries appearing in either AtScale or the data warehouse. This issue has been resolved.

Looker connections failed when AtScale was configured with an egress proxy. This issue has been resolved.

Queries failed with an "Aggregate functions cannot be nested" error​

Some user queries failed with an error of Aggregate functions cannot be nested, regardless of whether or not the queries actually hit aggregates. This issue has been resolved.

Sharable statistics queries failed in Google BigQuery with errors on DATETIME and STRING columns​

Sharable statistics queries failed in Google BigQuery with UNIX_SECONDS casting errors on DATETIME and STRING columns. This was because AtScale did not properly convert these data types to TIMESTAMP, as required by UNIX_SECONDS. This issue has been resolved.

AtScale created duplicate aggregates for some semi-additive metrics​

AtScale created duplicate aggregates for semi-additive metrics whose sort keys were based on the same physical columns as their value keys. This issue has been resolved.

Invalid deployed models prevented BI tools that used the PostgreSQL driver from connecting to valid models​

If a deployed model became invalid because its underlying physical tables were removed or renamed outside of AtScale, BI tools that use the PostgreSQL driver (such as Tableau) were prevented from connecting to any deployed model, even valid ones. This issue has been resolved.

Design Center highlighted selected dataset columns in black, which was difficult to see. This issue has been resolved: Selected columns are now highlighted in blue.

ATSCALE-41022

Redis resourcesPreset defaulted to "nano"​

When global.resourcesPreset is set to none, no CPU or memory resource limits are placed on the AtScale components. The atscale-redis component was inadvertently using nano as its default resourcesPreset value, causing OOM errors in the container at runtime and making it unusable. This issue has been resolved: The default value for atscale-redis is now none, so the global.resourcesPreset rule is respected.

Abandoned query cleanup scanned the entire queries table every minute, resulting in high CPU usage. This issue has been resolved.

/catalogs/deploy API calls failed with a 500 response. This issue has been resolved.

DEVOPS-10654

InterSystems IRIS name corrected in Design Center​

All labels in Design Center containing "InterSystems Iris" have been corrected to "InterSystems IRIS".

ATSCALE-51050

Keycloak did not load extraCaCerts​

Keycloak did not load extraCaCerts. Because of this, additional manual configuration was required to enable Keycloak to connect to external services. This issue has been resolved, and the additional configuration is no longer required.
