The following issues have been resolved.

C2026.5.0​

Special characters in connection IDs caused aggregate builds to become stuck in Queued state​

In C2026.4.1, the Aggregate Materializer was not spawned when the data warehouse connection ID contained special characters (-, _, ., *, $, +, :, @, &, =, ,, !, ~, ', ;) or spaces. As a result, aggregates remained in a Queued state. This issue has been resolved.

In Tableau, creating calculated fields with conditional statements and count distinct base metrics resulted in an error. This issue has been resolved.

When querying large reports in Excel, result processing took a long time to complete compared to SSAS. This issue has been resolved.

When connected to Tableau using the PostgreSQL driver, filtering on calculation groups resulted in an error. This issue has been resolved.

ATSCALE-47867

Support bundles included all AtScale logs on the system​

Support bundles generated by the AtScaleMonitor service contained all AtScale logs present on the system, rather than only those for the current day, resulting in extremely large bundles. This issue has been resolved.

Support bundles did not include catalog YAML files​

Support bundles generated by the AtScaleMonitor service did not include the yaml_files.zip files for catalogs. This issue has been resolved.

In Excel, using a single slicer with the Hide items with no data option enabled on multiple pivot tables resulted in an error: Query did not run or database cannot be opened. This issue has been resolved.

Tableau Server: Different versions of the same catalog were merged on deploy​

When multiple versions of a single catalog were deployed to Tableau Server (i.e., the same catalog with different query names), Tableau Server merged them into a single model, instead of creating separate models for each version. This issue has been resolved.

Google Sheets: Inbound queries with large numbers of filter values took a long time to process​

When using Google Sheets, inbound queries that included large numbers of filter values (>1000) took a long time to process. This issue has been resolved.

Excel: User authentication failed with connection strings from the AtScale Connection Portal​

When connecting to Excel with connection strings obtained from the AtScale Connection Portal, user authentication failed. This was caused by user tokens and passwords being reset whenever the Connection Portal page was reloaded. This issue has been resolved.

Model permissions were not applied when connected via the PGWire interface​

When connected to models with the PGWire interface, model runtime permissions were not properly applied. This resulted in users being able to see models and data they did not have permission to access. This issue has been resolved.

Visibility settings were not properly applied to semi-additive metrics​

When editing a semi-additive metric in Design Center, changes to the Include in the list of available metrics option were not applied to the metric's underlying SML. This issue has been resolved.

Running queries close together produced nearly duplicate aggregates​

Running queries close together when no aggregates were active caused AtScale to produce multiple aggregates that were nearly duplicates of one another. The resulting aggregates were based on the same fields, but had different logical plans. This issue has been resolved.

ATSCALE-44325

Design Center did not display errors when all model settings were invalid​

When all settings in the model_settings.yml file were invalid, they were not applied, but Design Center did not display any errors indicating why. This did not occur if the file contained at least one valid setting: The valid setting would be applied, and all invalid settings would be clearly marked as invalid on the Model Settings tab.

This issue has been resolved: Even when all model settings are invalid, the Model Settings tab now displays and clearly marks them as invalid.

The build details panel on the Build History tab did not display the correct number of aggregate instances when there were more than 100​

The build details panel on the Build History tab of the Aggregates page did not display the correct number of aggregate instances when there were more than 100. This was caused by the indicator on the panel being limited to 100. This issue has been resolved.

Catalogs with a single dataset failed to be deployed with sml-cli, even though they could be successfully deployed from Design Center. This issue has been resolved.

Excel: Connecting to AtScale from pivot tables that contained dimensions produced errors​

In Excel, connecting to AtScale from a pivot table that contained at least one dimension produced an error: Excel was unable to get necessary information about this cube. This issue has been resolved.
