Contacting AtScale Support

AtScale admins can download support logs and file tickets with AtScale Support from the Support page.

You can access this page by clicking the Support icon in the left-side navigation. From here, you can do the following:

• Download the support logs for the day.
• Initiate the process for submitting a ticket with AtScale Support.
• Access the AtScale documentation and Customer Support Portal.
