Bulk Synchronization of User Accounts to AtScale

By default, user records from an external directory are automatically synchronized to AtScale when that user logs in. AtScale does have the ability to synchronize users in bulk. However, this feature is not recommended because the operation: a) is expensive and may run for a long time; b) applies a large load to the remote directory; c) can fail if there are too many users; and d), may leave AtScale in an inconsistent state.
